Dr. Cynthia Steele has been a pet lover and

animal advocate since early childhood. Born and

raised in Mill Valley, California, Cynthia Steele has

devoted her life to adopting and caring for rescued

pets; providing an empathetic, compassionate

environment as long as anyone can remember.

        Dr. Steele received her undergraduate and

veterinary degree from UC Davis in 2000 and

after 10 years in clinic-based practice, founded

Mill Valley Mobile Vet, a more personal,

individualized approach to veterinary care.

        Some animals can become stressed by the traditional veterinary experience, causing pets and their owners undue anxiety. MVMV offers patients quality, compassionate care in the comfort of their own homes. By creating a positive experience for pets and pet owners, the focus can be on the pet and not the stress of the experience.

        MVMV provides a convenient, positive alternative for the busy pet owner, single and multiple pet households, as well as pets or owners with mobility issues. We provide services to Marin, San Francisco and Sonoma Counties.

        Dr.Cynthia Steele currently resides with her family and several four legged friends in Marin County. She can be found hiking the local trails with her pooch, Petunia, sailing on the bay with friends or rooting for the Giants at AT&T Park.
